Rules - Milk River Kinsmen Corvette Raffle

DRAWS AND DEADLINES:

All draws will be held at 121, 1st Avenue NW, Milk River, Alberta, T0K 1M0.

The Loyalty Draw will be held on October 28, 2026. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:59 pm, October 25, 2026, will be eligible for this draw.

The fifteen (15) Bonus Draws will be held each week, every Wednesday, for fifteen weeks, with the first draw held on October 28, 2026, and the final (15th) draw being held on February 3, 2027. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:59 pm, every Sunday, for fifteen (15) weeks with the first cut-off, Sunday, October 25, 2026, and the final (15th) cut-off January 31, 2027, will be eligible for these bonus draws.

The Early Bird Draw will be held on February 3, 2027. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:59 pm, January 31, 2027, will be eligible for this draw.

The Final Draws will be held on February 17, 2027. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before the deadline of 11:59 pm, February 14, 2027, will be eligible for this draw.

All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws.

All the above-mentioned draws are open to any member of the public wishing to attend.

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Shane Jason Simmons, RTM#40678 and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified, and approved by AGLC.

Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis will the Licensee make a request for a draw date extension.

Files are continuously backed up by Raffle Nexus. In the unexpected event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.

ELIGIBILITY:

Raffle guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets: The Lottery Manager, the Lottery Committee, the immediate family of those listed above and anyone under the age of 18. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years old and within the province of Alberta.

If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.

PRIZES:

There are 18 total prizes with a retail value of $115,620.45 (including GST). Prizes include: $2,500.00 Loyalty Prize, $7,500.00 Bonus Prizes (15 - $500.00 Cash Prizes), $5,000.00 Early Bird Prize, 2027 Corvette Stingray (valued at $100,620.45).

Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transporting vehicle from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. Grand Prize does not include insurance or registration fees and must be picked up at supplier dealerships, no deliveries will be made.

All winners will be notified in writing by the Milk River Kinsmen detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize(s). The names, cities and winning ticket numbers will be published within 14 days following the draw on the lottery website at milkriverkinsmen.ca.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes unless indicated.

All prizes must be claimed within ninety (90) days from the final draw date. If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than ninety (90) days from the date of the draw, a request will be made to the AGLC regarding the disbursement of the unclaimed prizes. The lottery committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.

In the event a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only the first individual identified on the ticket, and the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals.

TICKETS:

All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. All tickets will be controlled by Raffle Nexus and are only available by phone, online, and at designated sales locations or outlets identified by the lottery committee.

Tickets may be purchased with VISA, MasterCard, and bank debit card only.

The Licensee’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

Only 164,491 tickets will be sold. Tickets are sold as single tickets at $25 each; sets of 5 for $50; sets of 25 for $100 and sets of 75 for $150.

In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to the first named individual identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
